Pricing and evaluation

Transparent pricing. Explicit provider boundaries.

Compare standard editions and usage rates, then align providers, deployment, support, governance, and commitments to your operating model.

Reference pricing does not replace an approved order form or imply universal provider availability.

Standard editions

Start with a published edition. Tailor only where the operation requires it.

Build and Scale provide a consistent reference point; Enterprise adds approved volume, deployment, support, and commercial terms.

Design an enterprise plan

Reference USD pricing from the current standard price book. Final rates, availability, allowances, provider mode, and service commitments are confirmed in an approved order form. Telephony, phone numbers, SMS, recording, storage, transcription, premium voices, compliance, support, and add-ons may be separate components.

Reference estimator

Model a standard monthly scenario before the commercial review.

Use published Build or Scale rates to compare included capacity, additional capacity, and managed or bring-your-own usage modes.

Standard usage rates

See the unit, provider mode, and edition rate together.

Managed and bring-your-own modes remain separate so provider cost and platform orchestration are not blended into an opaque total.

Explainable metering

Charge for successful service activity—not failed attempts or draft work.

The commercial model keeps measurement boundaries visible so usage can be reconciled to the service activity that produced it.

01

Pay for connected AI voice

Voice usage starts only after successful connection. Failed and unconnected calls are not rated.

02

One charge per AI conversation

Chat begins after the first successful AI response and is charged once across messages and human handoff.

03

Draft and test work stays unbilled

Draft, archived, sandbox, and test AI agents are excluded from deployed-agent charges.

Commercial questions

Resolve the pricing boundaries enterprise buyers ask about first.

Reference pricing supports early evaluation; the approved order form remains authoritative for availability, allowances, provider terms, and commitments.

What is included in the platform fee?

The selected edition includes the published deployed-agent, full-seat, and concurrency capacity plus access to usage, estimate, invoice, credit, and spend-alert controls. Usage is metered separately.

Does the estimator represent an invoice or proposal?

No. It applies the current standard reference rates to the values entered. It excludes negotiated allowances, tiers, discounts, caps, credits, taxes, provider charges, phone numbers, recording, storage, support, and other contracted components.

How are managed and bring-your-own providers treated?

They remain separate pricing modes. Managed rates include the published OCXCenter service component; bring-your-own rates cover orchestration while the external provider remains contracted and billed separately.

When does voice or chat usage begin?

Standard voice usage begins after successful connection. Standard chat usage begins after the first successful AI response and is charged once for that AI conversation across messages and human handoff.

When should an organization use Enterprise terms?

Use an Enterprise review for annual or volume commitments, included usage, graduated tiers, complex provider or deployment requirements, regulated evidence, or tailored support and commercial controls.
